Time for us to check out.
Having been sent off in style from PramPram, with gifts of beads shirts and dresses, and with tears all round we've successfully negotiated the crazy Ghanaian roads on our final trip to Accra. With a little luck it's 'wheels up' at 11.45 this evening.
The team. From back left clockwise to front left: Tim (sorry about the legs), Lydia, Be, Mary, Christy, Gladys, Grace, Fausti, Eunice, Diana, Paul, Kelsey, Justina, Gifty, Teye, Charity, Salomey, TT, Henrietta, Lydia. (And away on the day Paul, Dorcas, Janet & Gladys (ii) )
Senke (left) and Obu (Right), much loved by both us and the volunteers, have caring new owners in the form of Paul and Kelsey. We will miss them sorely, but we know they'd prefer the freedom and warmth of Ghana to a life in England.
Thank you all for your support, your visits and your comments over the past 18 months. We couldn't have done it without you.
All our love,
Tim & Lyd
